I have the free download ready for you! Sorry for the delay and thank you for the kind well wishes :) I am feeling much better today. I'll update this post tomorrow with pictures but you should have all of the links and instructions in the download. I did try something different with saving the document (I'm always learning :) ) so PLEASE let me know if you can't open it because I'm not sure I did it right.
