My mom sent us the sweetest Valentine's Day package and it included this adorable movie. It was instantly my kids new favorite movie and I really enjoyed it as well.
To make the night a little extra special we made our own Troll Hair headbands while we watched the movie. We found this great idea here and check out her tutorial to learn how to make your own. The only thing we changed was the style of headband used. I didn't have any of the plastic ones but I did have a bunch of elastic ones. They work. Just don't make them quite as tall or they will flop over. We used 8 to 10 strands of tulle per headband. Also we found if you move the headband a little closer to your forehead they stay up better too or a high pony tail does the trick to keep it in place. I used tulle to tie the top and we wrapped the girls with ribbon and added some flowers with hot glue. My little guy just has "hair" and he thinks he's pretty awesome.
My sweet mom also provided the treat.
The we finished with a DANCE PARTY!
